English at university

Finally the semester ends:

To be honest I had very good experiences with the English courses at the faculty. At the beginning I felt a bit embarrassed or scared, I have never been good at English at school. But the use of Blogs allowed me to be able to write topics and respond in a more personal way. Maybe make them more dynamic to generate a narrative style, sometimes the issues and questions lock us into a type of response that is not comfortable.
The truth is that I can read papers or documents in English, and it's something that I didn't even think before, so I feel happy with English, even if I'm always half bad in attendance.
At times, when I watch a movie with subtitles, I  stop reading and try to interpret for myself the meaning of what the film is telling me, and it is different, it is a different sensation. It would be curious if they did someday in the University, in the subject of English, since in other subjects they make us read books in English without compassion, it would be a good step.
I hope to continue making progress in English, to depend less and less on the use of translators, and to generate confidence in myself when speaking in English. Which are things that I still have pending.
Finally, I am left with a pleasant course in which English ceased to be a terrible subject, where I feel bad and do nothing.
Thank you very much, see you soon.
